We reserve the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following publication of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

To access and use the full features of the Betpor Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's licensing jurisdiction, whichever is greater.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.

We reserve the right to investigate suspected breaches and to cooperate with law enforcement authorities in connection with any investigation arising from your use of the Platform.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and view Platform content for your own personal, non-commercial use only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Use Platform content for commercial purposes or paid services
• Remove, alter or obscure any copyright, trademark or proprietary notices
• Claim ownership of or create derivative works based on Platform content

Unauthorised use of Platform content may result in civil and criminal liability under applicable law.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Betpor and its officers, directors, employees and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from:

• Your use of or inability to use the Platform or any referenced operator's services
• Any financial loss, including gambling losses, incurred through a referenced operator
• Inaccuracies in third-party operator terms, bonus figures or payment processing details
• Unauthorised access to or alteration of your data or transmissions
• Any interruption, suspension or termination of Platform services
• Reliance on any information provided on the Platform for legal, financial or investment purposes

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Betpor makes no warranties — express or implied — regarding the accuracy, completeness, reliability or fitness for purpose of any content.

Betpor reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform, with or without notice, for any breach of these Terms — including but not limited to provision of false registration information, prohibited conduct, suspected fraudulent activity or violation of applicable law.

Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature survive termination — including Intellectual Property, Limitation of Liability and Governing Law — shall continue to apply.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the operator's licensing jurisdiction. For Pakistani users, the following additional context applies:

• Gambling is restricted in Pakistan under the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 and associated provincial legislation.
• The online gambling status may vary depending on applicable federal and provincial law, method of access and specific activity type.
• Betpor does not claim authorisation, licensing, regulation or endorsement by the Government of Pakistan, the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA), the State Bank of Pakistan (SBP), any provincial authority, or any Pakistani financial institution.
• Where an operator holds an international gaming licence, it applies only in the jurisdiction of issue — not automatically in Pakistan.
